The 2024-2025 season is upon us! Time to ramp up your pre-season preparation to get mentally and physically prepared for camps and evaluations. We wish you all the best in making the team you want to make!
It's now time to start thinking about goals, and building your in-season routines. Evaluate where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there. Get a GAME PLAN for the 2024-2025 hockey season. Feel free to reach out to us if we can help support you in any way.
Our 2024 summer programs are mostly complete and we are ramping up for pre-season ice to help you get ready for the season. So stay tuned here as different programs are launched!
Couple of thoughts:
1) Be your absolute best and concentrate on Hockey performance, execution and consistency. Your summer preparations should help give you the tools to excel this year.
2) While scaling back game play in the summer is recommended - your focus now is to execute in game situations. Show the best you've got individually and as part of a team - every time you are on the ice now.
3) We at MD360 are big fans of diversified interests and sports. If you have multiple sports on the go, talk to your coaches early to develop a season plan.
4) Understand what the most important “next steps” are to help you get to that “next level”. If you are not sure, reach out to us and we can help point you in the right direction to make sure your development is appropriate and effective. MORE hockey does not necessarily translate into BETTER hockey!!!
